This building represents "Phase 1" of the Mayne Island Community Centre. It incorporates all the mechanical / electrical infrastructure required to service the final, "Phase 2", building. It comprises kitchen and washroom facilities, a common room and a multi-purpose room which will eventually function as the Lobby of the final Community Centre building.
